Little Apricot offers hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery for a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by the order invoice. Apparel, accessories, and most products qualify; personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process

• Initiate via email at support@littleapricot.com or our website portal within 15 days, providing order details and photos.

• Pack securely in original or similar packaging; use the provided return label if available.

• Drop off at your nearest courier partner (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery) or schedule pickup.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds process within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, credited to the original payment method minus shipping fees. Exchanges are free for same-value items if stock is available; otherwise, opt for a refund. Shipping costs for returns are customer-paid unless due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

We offer standard shipping across India via trusted partners like India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery, ensuring your order reaches you safely. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days within the same zone, 5-10 business days for zonal, and up to 10-14 days for remote areas, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Free shipping applies on orders over ₹1999 Pan India; otherwise, a flat rate starts at ₹99. Express options (2-5 days) are available for an extra fee.

All orders placed before 2 PM IST process the same day (Mon-Fri); after-hours or weekends process next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.
